Kenosha Italian Fest 2026: Bigger, More Authentic and Built by Our Community
When the inaugural Kenosha Italian Fest welcomed thousands of visitors to the lakefront in 2025, one thing became clear. Our community was ready for a celebration that honored the Italian heritage woven throughout Kenosha’s history.
Families gathered around tables filled with homemade Italian food. Friends danced together as live music echoed across the lakefront. Generations shared stories, traditions, and memories while introducing new visitors to the warmth and hospitality that define Italian culture.
It was more than a festival.
It was the beginning of a new community tradition.
Now we’re excited to invite you back for an even bigger celebration.

Kenosha Italian Fest returns September 18, 19 & 20, 2026, at Celebration Place on Kenosha’s beautiful Lake Michigan lakefront.
What’s New for Kenosha Italian Fest 2026?
We’ve listened to guests, volunteers, sponsors, and vendors, and we’re introducing several exciting enhancements to create an even better festival experience. This year you can look forward to:
Every improvement has one goal: creating a festival you’ll look forward to attending year after year.

Authentic Italian Food, Music and Culture
Kenosha Italian Fest is more than great food.
It’s about celebrating the traditions, recipes, music, and stories that have been passed from generation to generation.
Throughout the weekend, guests can enjoy authentic Italian cuisine, live music on two stages, cooking demonstrations, the Kenoshans of Italian Descent Parade, the Heritage Tent, fireworks, family activities, shopping, and cultural experiences that celebrate the Italian-American community.
Whether your last name ends in a vowel or you’re simply looking for a memorable weekend on the lakefront, everyone is welcome.
A Festival Built by the Community
One of the things that makes Kenosha Italian Fest so special is that it truly belongs to the community.
Hosted by the Italian American Society of Kenosha, the festival brings together hundreds of volunteers, local businesses, sponsors, entertainers, vendors, and community organizations, all working toward a shared goal of creating a signature lakefront event that celebrates Italian culture while strengthening community connections.
Together, we’re building more than a festival.
We’re creating a tradition that families will return to year after year.
